• Estimates Only: The reports generated by GetEvaluation.in are strictly estimates intended for initial budgeting and planning purposes. They are not legally binding documents, nor are they certified architectural, engineering, or contractor quotes.
• Market Fluctuations: Construction costs vary wildly based on local geography, material availability, labor rates, and inflation. GetEvaluation.in does not guarantee that your actual construction costs will match the generated estimate.
• No Liability: GetEvaluation.in, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any financial losses, budget overruns, or disputes with contractors arising from the use of our estimation reports.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for entering accurate data regarding your plot area and building requirements.
• You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must provide a valid email address to register and receive your reports.

4. Payments and Fees

• Generating a detailed PDF breakdown requires a one-time payment as displayed on the checkout page.
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). GetEvaluation.in does not store your credit card or UPI details.
• Fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, and logos on GetEvaluation.in are the intellectual property of the website owners. You may download and use the generated PDF reports for your personal or professional project planning, but you may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary calculation engine.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi.
