Thank you for choosing GetEvaluation.in. We strive to provide accurate and highly detailed construction cost estimates. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Digital Goods Policy

GetEvaluation.in provides instantly generated, digital PDF reports. Because the delivery of our service is immediate and digital, all sales are final. We do not offer standard refunds, returns, or cancellations once the payment has been successfully processed and the PDF report has been unlocked or downloaded.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

We will issue a 100% refund only under the following technical circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged multiple times for the exact same estimate ID due to a technical glitch.
  • Failure of Delivery: If your payment is successfully deducted from your bank account, but our system fails to unlock the estimate or generate the PDF report, and our support team cannot manually deliver the report to you within 24 hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets the exception criteria above, please contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction.

  • Please include your Full Name, Estimate ID, and Proof of Payment (Razorpay receipt or bank statement).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is verified and approved by our team, the refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect back in your original method of payment, depending on your bank.
